Geoff Curtis - CranioSacral Therapist

Geoff Curtis 2

My Personal Approach:

When we are resourced and in a good state, problems are often easier to resolve.  In Craniosacral Therapy it is possible to tap into our deeper levels of well-being  and to resolve health issues from  this perspective.  This way we can process our difficulties at a pace that is suitable for us and not overwhelming.

My training in Gestalt Psychotherapy enables me to work with emotional issues in a clear and sensitive manner.  I have practised meditation and Qi Gong (Tai Chi) for over 20 years, which helps to bring a soothing and calming quality to my practice.  This also facilitates work at a deep level.

I have also worked with children as a teacher for 20 years.  Craniosacral Therapy is particularly suitable for children as it is very gentle and easily adaptable to the child’s individual pace.
